The digital texts found here were gleaned from Usenet News over 30 years ago, and have been on-line ever since. The archives included: Fulcrum, Wiretap, and, of course, Gutenberg. Some texts were extracted from Usenet groups and categorized by Author, Philosophers, Religious, and by Title. Additionally, some texts were taken from CDROMs and other sources. This e.Library is especially strong in the Religious category where you'll find the very first Red Letter Edition of the New Testament on the Internet, along with the non-red letter edition. There are copies of the Apocrypha, the Holy Qur'an, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Books of Mormon (LDS has asked that we take it down in favor of their own, authorized editions). Here you go ...
